This article reports on the findings of the internal grant project ‘Teacher speech strategies in the context of educational environment transformation’, conducted at Herzen University in 2026. The study developed an integrative three‑level model for analyzing teacher speech activity, comprising cognitive‑organizational, emotional‑motivational, and heuristic‑adaptive blocks. The authors compiled and analyzed video corpora of lessons delivered by both experienced teachers and novice teachers. Furthermore, the authors developed a typology of effective speech strategies aligned with the lesson-stage structure set out in the Federal State Educational Standard, alongside a classification of typical communication deficits among beginning teachers. The key results include a prototype of an AI-driven simulator for fostering communicative competencies and a methodological toolkit for professors at pedagogical universities. The findings have been integrated into the educational process of the Faculty of Philology in Herzen University and can be replicated across the teacher education system in the Russian Federation.
